Unlike some of the less scrupulous sites out there, Sports Pickle is upfront about their satirical nature. Google-search “Sports Pickle” and you’ll see the site’s tagline in the results: The Sports Humor and Satire Site.
Update – November 2016:
Sports Pickle recently moved to host the site on Medium.com. As such, they likely updated their SEO so that the above proof no longer applies; however, you can find their previous SEO titles and description on About Us.com.
