Slate Magazine is an online current affairs and culture magazine. Inititally created in 1996 under the ownership of Microsoft as part of MSN, it is now managed by The Slate Group, an online publishing entity created by Graham Holdings Company to develop and manage web-only magazines.

It’s unnatural. It’s unnecessary. Why the seven-day week has got to go.

I don’t think Slate has a satire section, though I’m pretty sure the writer of this article is dead-serious about this topic.

    Wow I just read an article where they suggested that its perfectly unnecessary for people to drink filtered river water, which is a great way to get dead. I’m kind of amazed to find out it isn’t satire.
