This one bit, however, did strike me as interesting:

Now looking at the TOS of sites like CNN and NBC and, surprisingly, Fox News, that specific language is not present — and the truthfulness of their content is always suspect — and there may be some other legalese rubbish that protects them, much the same as the above TOS protects Novi-Svetski. But any so-called news source that says they are “not responsible for the accuracy of news articles” is immediately and automatically unreliable.
